It's DeNiro's listed made-to-measure fee. It pays for your boots to be cut on a one-off pattern built from your twelve measurements (six points on each leg) rather than a standard last — and it's what lets us include the measurement review, photo checks and your Fit Promise at no extra charge.

Only need extra height, not a full custom pattern? Tall and X-Tall are a separate £35 DeNiro option.

The S5601/d is De Niro's front-zip jumping boot in its purest form — a clean calfskin leg finished with a buckled strap at the top. It sits close and quiet under the knee, with the strap giving a defined line to a classic jumping cut. Built to order in the leather and colour you choose, it is a boot to grow into over seasons rather than one to replace.
