Here we will answer all the most commonly asked questions - please don't hesitate to use the Contact Us page if you cannot see the answer to your question here.

Question: How long does it take to deliver?

Answer: Unless otherwise informed, all non made-to-measure items ordered before 1pm will be delivered on a next working day basis via our courier, APC Streetwise. In the rare circumstance the item you ordered is not in stock, you will be informed within 24 hours and given the option to wait or be offered a full refund.

 

Question: Do I have to sign for my parcel?

Answer: Yes, a signature is required on all deliveries. We are more than happy to organise leaving your parcel in a safe place with the courier but this will be at your own risk.

 

Question: How much is delivery?

Answer: Delivery cost depends on which country we are sending your item to and how much your order comes to. For the UK, we offer a small goods service for £4.95 (does not include long boots) or a premium service (includes long boots) for £6.95.

Orders over £375 and all Made-to-Measure boots are free postage to the UK. Our other shipping rates can be found at the checkout.

 

Question: What if my boots don't fit?

Answer: Not a problem! Return your boots within 30 days in perfect condition (including all packaging and receipts) and we will be more than happy to exchange your boots for a different size or refund you. This does not apply to Made-to-Measure items. For Made-to-Measure items please contact us.

 

Question: How long do Made-to-Measure items take?

Answer: Due to the nature of hand-making boots, we generally advise a wait time of between 6-8 weeks on all Made-to-Measure items. At busy periods (beginning of the competition season or Christmas) this may extend to 8-10 weeks.
