In-stock items ordered before 1pm arrive on a next-working-day basis in the UK. Made-to-measure boots — and De Niro styles we don't have in stock — take 4–5 weeks from confirmed measurements to your door.
UK Standard (2–5 days) is £4.95; DPD next working day is £8.95. Delivery is free on orders over £295 and on all made-to-measure boots. Overseas rates are shown at checkout — see the delivery page for a full list.
UK orders — never. All prices include VAT; there's nothing to pay on delivery.
International orders — usually, yes. Our checkout removes UK tax from your price, and your country's import duty and local tax are collected by the courier before delivery. As a rough guide: EU around 8% duty plus your local VAT; US currently around 15% on our Italian-made boots (policy changes often); Canada around 18% plus GST/HST; Australia usually free under AUD 1,000. Off-the-shelf boots can come back within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging, for an exchange or refund. Made-to-measure boots aren't returnable — they're put right instead: activate your Fit Promise and if the fit isn't right, we put it right — we even handle the DeNiro workshop leg ourselves. Our commitment on every made-to-measure order: measurements personally checked before leather is cut, and — once you've activated it with quick photos of the tape in position as you measure — if the fit isn't right, we put it right. Exactly what that covers is on the Fit Promise page.
For off-the-shelf sizing: two measurements — calf and height — with two short videos in the fitting guide, or press Find My Size on any boot and we'll walk you through it right there. Going made-to-measure? The product page guides you through six measuring points on each leg — twelve in all — video by video.
4–5 weeks, made to order in Italy. We've cut this down from the 8–12 weeks the service used to take, and our fitting team confirms every measurement with you before production begins.
Yes — every delivery needs a signature. We can arrange safe-place delivery with the courier, though that's at your own risk.
