It's DeNiro's listed made-to-measure fee. It pays for your boots to be cut on a one-off pattern built from your twelve measurements (six points on each leg) rather than a standard last — and it's what lets us include the measurement review, photo checks and your Fit Promise at no extra charge.

Only need extra height, not a full custom pattern? Tall and X-Tall are a separate £35 DeNiro option.

The Jb 01 is a dressage boot with a formal, decorated leg: a broad buckled strap crowns the top, and a punched toe cap and shaped ankle give it presence in the arena. Cut in high-grade calfskin over a full calfskin lining, with the zip set discreetly on the front inside of the leg, it holds a still, quiet position without ever looking plain.
